Digital items are delivered within minutes of purchase via an email from BookFunnel. 

US Domestic shipping rates:

Media Mail (Economy, 5-8 business days) - $5 for first book, $10 for 2-5 books, Free on orders over $75.

First Class (Standard, 3-4 business days) - $9 for first book, $16 for 2-5 books, $20 for more than 5 books

International (Non-US) Shipping:

Not currently offered at a standard rate. Please email Megan@MeganHaskell.com to discuss international shipping options.
